The Colonial Village Dr Project

Renovation Details

  • The renovation budget for this project was $55,000.00 with labor and material included.

    We had an unexpected turn when we found out one of the walls was rotted from the inside, thankfully there was enough in the contingency for us to use extra money to save the day.

  • We were in and out of this project in 32 days. From the demo, painting, new kitchen and bathrooms, it would have been done sooner if we didn’t run into the issue with the drywall.

    In 92 days, investor made $80,000.00 gross and $48,000.00 net.

The Brackenridge Project

    Purchase Price: $60,000.00

    Rehab: $50,000.00

    For Sale: $164,900.00

  • This project was a challenge due to the fact that a chimney had to come down in the kitchen that we had no idea it was there.

    Originally we had planned to complete in 25 days however do to the structural complications this house was renovated in 40 days.

    The house was designed by my wife who was very creative and you’ll see hints of gold (her favorite color), throughout the whole house. c
